Head nurse congress switches venues

by

The College of Animal Welfare (CAW) Head Nurse Congress will have a new home as of next year when proceedings get underway from 11 to 12 May in Peterborough.

Taking place at the East of England Arena and Events Centre, it will feature lectures on a host of topics, including effective communication, recruitment, leadership and coaching skills, to name just a few. Delegates will receive 12 hours of evidenced CPD.

‘Fresh outlook’

CAW’s short course and events manager Tracey Croucher said: “We’re delighted to be bringing the Head Nurse Congress back for another year, and equally as excited about the amazing speakers who will each be able to bring their perspective to the issues facing veterinary practices today.

“Next year’s congress being relocated to the East of England Arena and Events Centre is the perfect opportunity for us to bring a fresh outlook to the event.”

The event had previously been held at Whittlebury Hall in Northamptonshire.
