We became VetShare members a number of years ago. We had been dissatisfied with our previous buying group due to (in our opinion) transparency issues and how much of a rebate we were actually receiving versus how much they were taking in management fees. Heather had popped into the practice to introduce herself and we had a discussion about our situation and what we were looking for and VetShare ticket a lot of the boxes – clarity on rebates and user-friendly systems being a few.
